Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Support Group Meetings

Have you been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease? Are you struggling with feelings of isolation, depression or fear? Would you like to be part of a community of people living with the same physical and mental health concerns? Are you open to being a part of something bigger?  

If you answered yes to these questions, please consider attending a support group next week for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. I am also a patient and grateful to be the facilitator for two support groups.  Open to the public. Contact me with any questions.

 We meet on Zoom on the last Tuesday of the month  (once a month unless otherwise requested) at 5:30 pm ET.  You must register to attend. All are welcome. Use the Book A Session to Register.
